Position Summary:  \ufeff The Maintenance Parts Clerk provides support to the Maintenance/Engineering department performing a variety of cross-functional duties including but not limited to the purchasing of MRO/Maintenance parts, managing parts inventory, entering work-orders, and creating reports. Key Job Responsibilities: To maintain a safe, organized, clean and functional Parts Inventory System Order all parts for inventory in a timely manner, receive them and catalog their arrival Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records. Process all maintenance invoices dealing directly with vendors and OEM\u2019s. Track spending for departmental budget purposes Provide support to the maintenance department by processing all paperwork, creating/running reports, and tracking parts usage Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
