Becomes proficient at performing inspections, preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency and other maintenance/mechanical repair of bakery equipment to ensure safe and efficient operational status. \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Maintenance Apprentice will focus on completing all required coursework to attain minimum requirements of Maintenance skillsets within a specified amount of time.
