Lead high\u2011impact working sessions with SMEs, stakeholders, and senior leaders to shape business cases, build program roadmaps, and resolve barriers to transformation progress. Execution Management &amp; Risk Control  Drive disciplined, agile execution by identifying dependencies, tracking critical paths, and proactively managing risks and mitigation plans. Escalate critical issues proactively to safeguard strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and transformation outcomes. Intervene to remove blockers, ensuring business continuity and alignment across workstreams. Governance, Reporting, &amp; Decision Support Prepare clear, executive\u2011ready program reporting with insights on progress, risks, key decisions, projected results, and recommendations. Support enterprise governance forums and operating rhythms.  Enable timely, data-driven decision making.  Continuous Improvement &amp; Enablement  Identify opportunities to improve program management tools, templates, and governance. Support development of playbooks, standards, and best practices. Promote consistent ways of working across productivity programs.
