Responsible for coordinating and generating documentation for company and Independent Business Partner (IBP) route sales and repurchase transactions, processing associated accounting, and field, vendor, and IBP support

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all IBP financial transactions (route sales and repurchases, hand held equipment sales and repurchases, contract modifications, advertising agreements)
  • Responsible for the timely administration of weekly transaction activity as assigned, working with a variety of internal and external contacts
  • Provide support, recommendations, application forms, and all documentation to internal sales personnel and IBP applicants
  • Validation of IBP loan and background approvals
  • Validation of IBP information in Oracle, AS400, and App Xtender
  • Validation of bank value and other financial data for Corporate Accounting
  • Coordinate new loan activity with financial lenders
  • Coordinate IBP settlement deductions 
  • Validation and coordination of IBP Vendor set up and subsequent data changes (address, email, name changes, ACH updates)
  • Drafting of contract and loan documents as appropriate
  • Schedule and coordinate associated incoming and outgoing funding
  • Maintain multiple spreadsheets, including transaction master and other historical tracking logs
  • Ensure that all IBP Master Files are maintained to meet legal and audit requirements 
  • Handle IBP transaction inquiries and issues
  • Complete Ad Hoc projects as necessary

Education and Work History

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
