Position Summary: Responsible of Regional Projects Manager in the West Supply Chain operations by providing support in all Projects and Main initiatives in the Region coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring constant effective communication with organizations, maintaining multi-level visibility on projects regionally, coordinating subprojects, ensuring accountability of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), and elaborating reports for top management regarding status of projects as needed.


Key Job Responsibilities:

Project Management    :

  • Develop detailed project plans which include scope and milestones to track progress per organization
  •  Coordinate Regional Projects implementation through regions organizations
  • Collaborate with Local Leaders to define, prioritize, and develop plans to achieve deliverables
  • Facilitate of and provide reports on budget outlines, timeline workflow progress, and project status to Top Management
  • Manage Videoconferences and Workshops between Organizations leaders
  • Review Goals, forecasts, strategic KPI's results and accomplishments of the project plan. Ensure that all projects are correctly updated and delivered on-time within the according system (Owner)
  • Assist in the resolution of conflicts during projects implementation, provide corrective supervision or escalate to Sponsorship if necessary


  • Define and deploy across organizations with Corporate Management the information gathering toolkit for strategic and operative KPI's.
  •  Elaboration of Regional dashboards
  • Establish governance model for the following up meetings.
  • Gather information about organizations progress in their project implementation
  • Report to Region Management Leadership and support alignment with other functions project status as needed


  • Convey goals and objectives clearly in a correct manner, clarify information as needed, produce clear status reports and communicates tactfully and respectfully for all organizations within Grupo Bimbo.
  •  Communicate and collaborate between Local Leaders and to Senior Leadership project progress.
  • Ensure that the project status, issues and successes are properly communicated to sponsors, organization leaders and Steering Committee
  • Ensure that the Steering Committee feedback is communicated to all organizations
  • Motivate team members to action; identify common initiatives or issues to drive solutions.

Education and Work History:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Project Management or business-related field
  •  5-7 years of experience in a supply chain environment
  • A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted
  • Experience within the food, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries is preferred
  •  Experience managing large projects
  •  Strong understanding of business processes (accounting, finance, manufacturing, supply chain etc.)
  • Business analysis – process design (current vs. future state)
  •  Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio
