JOB PURPOSE
Ensure business continuity through daily validation, alignment, and maintenance of product sourcing across all supply chain systems, serving all sales regions. Individuals filling this role are expected to participate on project teams that drive process, organizational, and technology changes, across all functional areas of the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain sourcing to ensure product is correctly aligned across our sales regions.
• Support the evolution and transition from legacy to next generation systems.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of sustainable and effective sourcing processes.
• Participate on project teams that drive process, organizational, and technology changes.
• Provide data and supply chain integration expertise in day-to-day business and projects.
• Facilitate and deliver product sourcing training and education for business and operations associates who drive supply chain change.
• Communicate and collaborate with business and IT partners to drive on-time and high-quality delivery of maintenance tasks and project work.
• Ensure issues and risks are identified early and assist management with mitigation.
Job Requirements

Education/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain Management, Distribution, or business discipline
Working Experience:
• 5+ years’ Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Sourcing process experience
• 5+ years’ Quality Assurance or Process Controls experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of IT processes
• Strong written and verbal communications skills (English)
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Experience managing multiple assignments simultaneously
• Strong MS Office skills, including SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including use of macros, pivot tables, and functions
