We are looking to hire a highly driven Senior Sales Analyst as part of our Revenue Growth Management Team. The Senior Sales Analyst will need to demonstrate a strong ability to manage large, complex data sets converting the information into a more management / insight driven format. This person will be a power user of our internal sales promotion reporting system creating, maintaining and analyzing reports to support RGM and Sales Planning. This person will need to be comfortable communicating with different levels of management explaining details regarding reports and analysis. The Senior Sales Analyst will need to have a strong “curiosity” to find the opportunity or issue and will be an integral piece to help the RGM Team and BBU reach its objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
o Collect, manage, analyze, and share out data supporting RGM and Sales Planning strategies
o Compile, validate and manage data from various sources (Margin Minder, Data Warehouse, Qlik)
o Prepare, analyze, and communicate various trade spending and sales promotions weekly, monthly reports
o Ensure data integrity in all reporting and troubleshoot data feed discrepancies and data oddities
o Subject matter expert and primary contact for internal stakeholders on internal Sales Promotion Reporting system (Qlik)
o Team member on numerous strategic projects, requiring the ability to interact and communicate with various departments and levels of associates within the organization
o Utilizes strong MS skills to interpret data and prepare presentations for management
o Implements and manages reports and dashboards in TPM/CRM ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business
Education and Work History:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or relate discipline. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
o 3-5 years would recommend experience within Sales/Financial Analytics.
o Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
o Very Strong Proficiency with datasets (Excel), data management, statistics
o Deep experience learning new systems and sources
o Business Knowledge – Products and Customers
o Good Communication skills a must
o Ability to work in cross-functional teams
o 10-15% travel
