As the Senior Associate Recruiter, you will play an essential role in fueling Bimbo’s growth with extraordinary talent. The Senior Associate Recruiter will be responsible for leading the high- volume staffing needs of specific Bimbo functions to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. The Senior Associate Recruiter will drive strategy and recruitment process. Responsible to manage the end to end recruitment process to ensure a flawless candidate experience while meeting the talent acquisition needs of the organization. This is a high-impact role that requires an individual that possesses excellent communication skills, relationship building skills, and presentation abilities. These skills will be used to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, as well as maintain talent pool for future Bimbo opportunities.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategically partner with internal HR and hiring teams helping them to define, develop and implement centralized recruitment strategy that matches their business needs
  • Supports multiple job requisitions across a variety of roles
  • Support hourly recruitment to help enhance national recruitment strategy
  • Administer and execute recruitment processes to hire for current openings and proactively develop a pipeline for future talent.
  • Responsible to create meaningful and mutually beneficial partnerships with external vendors
  • Target passive and active candidates utilizing an array of tools and outlets including refined Boolean searches, resume mining databases, media leads, internet search, advanced search engines syntax, and social media.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool for assigned requisitions through sourcing passive candidates, networking, complex internet searches, and employee referrals.
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, department background, job descriptions, and expectations.
  • Review candidate resumes, credentials, and perform initial phone screens for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with the hiring manager, business leaders, and HR
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction based on the creation of intentional and consistent feedback loop.

Job Requirements

Education and Work History:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 3-6 years of Recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted. 
  • Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to use numerous creative techniques and channels to identify quality candidates, including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Experienced in various recruitment platforms a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a team environment, managing multiple clients, and providing consultative skills throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
