Position Summary:
This position leads the design, development and maintenance of systems and processes required to facilitate BBU Supply Chain financial performance analysis and reporting by working closely with the Supply Chain Leadership team to identify what is needed and drive consistency. Significant responsibilities include Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, & Analysis, highlighting cost improvement opportunities and supporting special projects.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• To be a Business Partner for Supply Chain Leadership, providing valuable insights across the business units, highlighting performance and providing data to make fact-based decisions
• Consolidating & providing analysis for the Total Supply Chain (from silo to depot), supplying monthly, quarterly, and year to date performance reporting, bringing clarity to key issues and identifying ways to manage cost and enhance earnings
• Managing planning & forecasting activities, modeling, & analytics for Total Supply Chain, ensuring that all strategic initiatives are considered
• Working closely with the BU’s to identify, design, develop, and support Supply Chain managerial finance performance measurement, reporting and analytics, driving consistent visibility across the business units
• To centralize the design and development of the systems and processes required to support the Business, including training, communication, reporting, & target setting creating consistency across BBU
• Overseeing financial and operational data modeling including the rebuild of existing tools, including EVA analytics, by optimizing data sourcing, systems integration, and embedding data validation / data integrity rules
• Working closely with the Transformation team, providing Supply Chain financial reporting and analytics, leading special projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• To ensure continuity / sustainability / flexibility of reporting structure by addressing talent and succession planning
• To support reporting workstream for Oracle Cloud transition
• Coordinating the timely and accurate fulfillment of recurring and one-time data reporting requests including BBU internal, GB and 3rd party requests

Education and Work History:
• 7+ years experience: Business Finance, Business Performance, Cost Accounting; preferably in a Manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting or Finance; MBA, CMA or CPA preferred
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
• Strong computer skills; Oracle ERP and Hyperion Essbase experience preferred
• Must be a self-starter with a proven record of managing priorities and meeting deadlines with solid organizational skills and attention to details
• Must be comfortable partnering with other functional leaders and challenging teams to find the best overall solutions to opportunities presented in the business across all levels of the organization
• Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to determine key issues and develop effective action plans
