The eCommerce grocery and food distribution space continue to rapidly expand both in depth and breadth.  With this expansion, the operational demands have also increased in both complexity and volume.  Ensuring these programs are operationally managed is the primary responsibility of the Senior Supply Chain Analyst.  In addition to managing the daily operational requirements of the eCommerce customers and the Acelerada direct-to-consumer distribution points, this role is also responsible for operational project management pertaining to new customer and distribution launches and portfolio expansion.  The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will also be integral in assisting the Manager of Supply to develop and implement a sustainable and scalable solution across the enterprise. 

This role has the ability to be remote.

Key Job Responsibilities:

eCommerce Customer Operational Management:

  •  Operational customer liaison for Sam’s, SpartanNash/Amazon, GoPuff, Kroger, and future customers as business develops.
  •  Manage and implement operational requirements
  • Provide internal and external end-to-end supply chain support (order management, fulfillment, inventory reporting, transportation solutions, invoicing, customer service)
  • Ensure we are measuring performance and meeting customer inventory and service requirements.

DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Distribution Operational Management:

  •  Manage inventory levels, replenishment, demand across portfolio
  •  Setup and maintain items (adding and deleting)
  • Maintain and review packaging inventories and solutions as required
  • Operational liaison with DTC Operations team to resolve any issues
  • Develop reports and analytics to ensure DTC is operating as designed

Supply Chain Modeling & Analysis:

  •  Assist with development of dynamic spreadsheets that allow for sensitivity testing of supply chain inputs and a variety of scenarios.
  •  Develop, manage, and maintain supply chain metrics and Key Performance Indicators.

Supply Chain Recommendations & Implementation:

  •  Derive recommendations from modeling and analysis.
  •  Present recommendations to business leaders.
  • Research supply chain options and manage RFPs (Request for Pricing).
  • Develop Net Requirement documents for service and system providers.
  • Project manage operational and strategic implementation.
  • Manage, maintain, and document Oracle system inputs to ensure order-to-cash process is optimized.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  •  3-6 years of industry supply chain experience preferred.
  • Microsoft office (Advanced Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Intermediate Access)
