Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Service Coordinator is a skilled position. You will be the primary contact for sales & customer related service issues with regard to order fill, quality, service delivery, etc.

  • 7:00 am - 3:00 pm 
  • OFF: Sun/Wed 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • You will resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment with respective distribution management; following up to ensure resolution. 
  • You will communicate and coordinate follow up with functional teams as necessary (Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, Customer/Account). 
  • You will prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing service issues/concerns. 
  • You will manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails. 
  • You will build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with all functional areas. 
  • You will maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 
  • You will respond promptly to inquiries by phone or email. 
  • You will know our products and distribution processes/procedures to answer questions and resolve issues. 
  • You will use BUSS and PC Data systems to run reports. 
  • You will keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints. 
  • You may be assigned additional responsibilities and duties by the supervisor.

Key Behavioral Competencies:  

  • You have a strong analytical ability to gather and interpret data, in situations where the problems are somewhat complex (dealing with people, procedures and equipment).    
  • You work well in a team-based environment, have solid interpersonal skills, and you are not averse to change.  
  • You must be able to perform basic math and computer skills; SAP, Oracle, CPD preferred.
  • You act with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset: focus on improving efficiencies while decreasing waste.  

Job Requirements


  • High School Education or equivalent; college degree preferred.  
  • 1-3 Years of relevant Customer Service, Distribution and product experience preferred.  
  • A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted. 
  • Strong reading, math and communication skills: phone, email and active listening skills, with the ability to adapt/respond to various customers. 
  • Must be well organized and computer literate: Excel and Word experience. 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • You must have good written and oral English language communication skills.  
  • You must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). 
  • Ability to work 8+ hour shifts, irregular and/or rotating shifts, including split days off (non-consecutive days off) and work nights, holidays and weekends (frequently required). .
