Position Summary:

This position would support to develop and update the training documentation for Product lifecycle management tool, data collection and analysis.

Key Job Responsibilities:

•       Support process for incorporating legacy data (Formulas, product specification) into PLM tool

•       Test and validate the legacy data in the system

•       Assist in training functional leads on use of PLM tool

•       Assist in resolving level 1 support tickets

•       Assist in updating the current training documentation based on the feedback received from the users

•       Assist in creating video training module to setup curriculum in GB university

•       Assist in developing WalkMe modules for in app interactive training

•       Good functional understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, and Power Point

•       Ability to create SQL queries will be a plus
