The Talent Systems Specialist provides expert support and guidance to clients in the utilization and integration of Human Relations’ talent management systems.  This position provides functional and technical support related to performance management, succession planning, recruiting technology and applicant tracking system issues throughout the organization.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and influence the research and evaluation of talent management technology solutions as determined by Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CRM, Talent Acquisition platforms integrated with ATS and pre-hire assessment technology).
  •  Manage and ensure strong relationships with key talent management vendors and global counterparts.
  • Direct the effort on behalf of BBU and in partnership with IT to prioritize and highlight functional specifications/needs for talent management technology development/ implementations
  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of all talent management technology solutions by identifying and representing end user concerns and needs, performing technical system reviews, and supporting program conversions and upgrades
  • Recommend and design tailored, complex cyclical or ad-hoc reports to satisfy end user needs in the most efficient manner
  • Research, analyze, and recommend solutions for configuration defects and enhancements
  • Monitor HR system compliance, EEO/AAP
  • Partner with internal recruitment teams and HR Business Partners to educate associates on data integrity and OFCCP compliance; provide historical data/reports for audits as needed
  • Define, document and propose upgrades to talent management processes and systems to support compliance with new or existing legal requirements
  • Responsible to optimize HR systems, develop training documentation for users and conduct training sessions to increase efficiency and improve candidate and/or end user experience
  • Provide regular and ongoing maintenance and support for all talent management technology
  • Support training regarding processes and all talent management technology solutions to appropriate groups/individuals within organization
  •  Administer all talent management applications system security protocols and programs
  • Design local talent management technology policies and procedures
  • Reconfigure talent management solutions based on organizational and /or process changes
  • Respond to questions regarding use of talent management tools from internal associates; monitor shared mailbox
  • Act as a liaison between the HCM team and business owners to provide Cornerstone On Demand and Oracle system support and analysis
  • Partner with Talent Center of Excellence to monitor and maintain retention survey processes
  • Manage or participate in the implementation of new talent management technology solutions/ systems, conversion or upgrade
  • Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end configuration change process including requirements, configuration, testing, implementation, and communication for Oracle integration
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of Bimbo Bakeries Talent and Recruitment systems and modules within the Cornerstone On Demand and Oracle, and recruitment job boards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 years of HR technology experience.
  • A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within a global organization.
  •  Strong HR information systems experience, particularly focused on applicant tracking and performance management systems, is preferred.
  • Previous vendor management experience
