Sales Support Associate Position Summary:

This position provides a variety of administrative and sales support services to the Director of Sales.  Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coding and approving invoices for payment, maintaining the team’s online communication One-drive site, and assisting with the developing of orders to manage product flow. 

Sales Support Associate Key Job Responsibilities: 

  • Properly codes market invoices to be compliant with the Company’s policies. Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies, as needed.

  • Provides administrative support services to product ordering planner. Assists with developing orders to manage product flow within the market area.

  • Manages and maintains the team’s online communication site in Microsoft Office 365 (One-drive) to assist with disseminating sales communications and information. Assist in preparing Managers weekly hand off.

  • Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by manager.

Schedule Hiring for:

Monday through Thursday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (FLEXIBLE)

Job Requirements

Sales Support Associate Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical support role in sales or finance.

  • High School Diploma or a combination of education and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work responsibilities is acceptable.  Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience in basic bookkeeping and coding of invoices for payment.

  • Experience working with systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite Programs, Office 365 applications, and product ordering systems.
