Under general direction, this position assists assigned brand manager in managing the Bimbo Brand. The purpose of this position is to support all the activities entitled on managing the Bimbo product portfolio, communication and promotional efforts, cross communication with the sales team and key vendors, & support the achievement of the brand’s sales objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

  • Track and monitor the brand’s KPI’s such as sales, returns, house hold penetration, market share, social and digital performance, these analysis will need to be benchmarked to key competitors and industries.

  • Manage and update the brand’s website, develop and monitor the efficiency of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO)

  • Support and manage Integrated Digital Marketing efforts from curating and overseeing the brand’s content development, consumer digital engagement, consumer conversion, and influencer campaigns.

  • Support the creation, implementation and tracking of consumer promotional efforts.

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of key consumer events.

  • Participate and track product scores in collaboration with product quality assurance and bakeries.

  • Collaborate and oversee the implementation of shopper marketing programs.

  • Assist the sales team and other cross functional departments when brand materials as needed such as product samples, high resolution images, etc.

  • Actively participate on innovation projects with Mexico and other partners within Grupo Bimbo Network

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing plus 1-3 years of experience. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Strong analytical skills, this person should feel comfortable organizing and analyzing data to track performance both of the brand and its competitors using internal and external sales tools.
  • This position requires the incumbent to be bilingual (speak and write Spanish and English) with good understanding and willingness to learn Hispanic Consumers traditions and values.

  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).

  • Attention to Detail and aesthetic sensibility

  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines

  • The ability to develop and complete a series of goals and tactics with minimal supervision.

  • Must feel comfortable with public speaking and capable to create and develop presentations.

  • Must feel extremely comfortable with team work and collaborating with cross functional teams, vendors and partners.

  • Maintenance of the confidentiality of any personal or company information encountered.
