The e-Commerce Analyst role is responsible for supporting the daily e-commerce analytics requirements of the Acelerada business unit.  The role will be integral to developing a sustainable, optimized, and best-in-class e-commerce operating within Acelerada.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Digital Shelf Tool - TBD

  • Be a power user of digital shelf tools, eAudit tools to monitor our product’s online performance.
  • Provide actionable insights back to the account teams for areas of improvement.
  • Manage the digital shelf portfolio and develop a process/cadence for account team input on correct/trackable assortment.
  • Manage our Single Source of Truth for images and content through digital shelf tools. 

Sales Support

  • Data Analysis: Be a power user of different data tools provided by eCommerce customers.
  • Sales Tracking: Update sales for all customers on a weekly basis; Perform custom data pulls for meetings with customers or BBU leadership; Forecast growth potential of new items or new projects.
  • Trade spend: Analyze impact and performance of promotional/trade events.
  • Assortment analysis: reviewing assortment across customers and locations to identify gaps or necessary SKU rationalization.
  • Marketing activations post data analysis.
  • Retailer specific support: eTailer Business Review Prep and market communication (ie., holiday schedules, carrier central); Out of Stock reports; Manage store lists.
  • Category Management: Perform analysis of category and consumer trend, linking trends to potential actions; Create decks for presentation to internal and external stakeholders

Analytics

  • Pricing analysis.
  • Retailer data management.
  • IRI trends analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; a combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, and Power Point).
  • Working knowledge of consumer, food manufacturing and supply chain is a plus.
  • 1 – 4 years of CPG industry/eCommerce experience preferred.
