Responsibilities include providing direction, guidance and training to shipping staff; to include all responsibilities of our “Shipper” position, accurately distributing product to routes, loading and unloading trailers and verifying load(s) prior to distributing product.  Other tasks assigned as needed. The right candidate should be self-motivated, demonstrate a positive attitude and able to direct shipping department in absence of shipping supervisorAttention to safe working practices and thorough understanding of the Company’s safety policies is a must.

Job Requirements

2-3 years experience in a high volume shipping function preferred; good reading, math and people skills; well organized and computer literate
