Position Summary:

This position is accountable for providing support to develop and implement technical projects and programs that enables Bimbo QSR business needs. The main responsibilities to this role are:

  • Reporting Project Status and follow up

  • Deploy Project Planning

  • Identify Process Improvements and standardize tools, systems and programs

Key Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for coordinating activities of project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.

Project Planning and Project status – Responsible for implementing a technical project of an operable information system.

  • Ensure effective and smooth reporting

  • Enable interaction between Functional Areas and Regions

  • Co-ordinate with product leaders to improve communication

  • Monitor dependencies across multiple inter-related technical projects

  • Provide support and control for technical projects and programs

  • Guide the teams towards achievement of project objectives, meeting all deliverables and requirements, and ensuring that the project meets stated business objectives

  • Gather and reporting consolidated technical project status and financial information to leadership

  • Central governing body to review/audit adherence to methodologies and timing

  • Gather relevant accurate and complete documentations

  • Manage vendor relations and budget spend with vendors

Process improvement – Focused to analyze information tools, systems and programs.

  • Identify improvement opportunities for smooth IT and business operations

  • Ensure standards compliance and data accuracy for new processes

  • Ability to align capacity with product development initiatives

  • Analyze repeatable and measurable processes minimizing manual data entry

  • Standardization of product management tools and methodologies

  • Study and analyze systems needs

  • Monitor, support and enhance system architecture, processes and integration for a project management platform and its supporting information systems

  • Work with user groups to identify, develop, acquire, and implement methodologies for the installation of new information systems or integration of existing systems

  • Handle systems development, systems process analysis, design and re-engineering

  • Automation of workflows and dashboard for various initiatives

  • Implement program and project management best practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in various technical functional fields of IT, engineering or related fields. 

  • Superior work ethic, flexibility, time management and organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high accountability.

  • Excellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skills.

  • Ability to travel 15 %.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and general knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP.
