Position Summary:
A Production Associate - Day Off Relief is responsible for administering breaks to other Manufacturing Associates on the line and possessing the skills to operate and fulfill the duties required for each position and provide high quality product to the shipping department, to meet production requirements at the appropriate time, and to maintain production schedules and meet distribution schedules. Operate in a manner that follows all necessary quality and food safety requirements.

Anticipated Schedule:
- Sunday-Friday 8pm-4:30am. 1 other day off (varies)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Administer breaks according to the break relief procedure at facility and report any issues immediately to a supervisor. Effectively fulfill the duties required for each position including but not limited to:
- Operates/monitors dough mix process through automated and manual controls, as applicable, to prepare for mixing; scaling (measuring) and introducing ingredients to the mixer based on recipe / formulation, sets valves & meters on proper settings and monitors bulk ingredients draw for accuracy
- Focused on the consistent production of a high-quality product in a baking facility by performing various duties including but not limited to the safe operation of machinery (mixer, oven, pan setter/stacker, trayer, etc), packaging products, mixing ingredients, sanitation, and moving and/or stacking materials and equipment used in the production of fresh baked products, monitoring and adjustment of temperature controls, weights, guides, equipment & packaging settings.
- Record information such as down time, waste, order completions, package verification, metal detector checks, finish product scoring etc. And monitors for foreign material all the time especially at change over and ensure metal detection checks.
- You take appropriate actions and enforce the integrity of the sustained certification of the Food Safety & Food .
- Quality Plans to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Standards, the SQF certification system, and other 3rd party (AIB) audits.
- You ensure and maintain a safe environment compliant with all BBU, OSHA, and/or governmental policies and procedures.
- Additional responsibilities & duties as assigned by supervisor.
