Key responsibilities include developing order management processes for the Northeast region utilizing PROMPT ordering system to build core business objectives. This will include promotion evaluation and customer pattern reviews for the AZ and NM states. They will also be a team player, have solid interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment and a DSD Excellence ambassador.


  • Working with Sales Operations to establish order development and processes.
  • Communicating results/opportunities to the Sales Team.
  • Working with the team to develop order processes to optimize KPIs.
  • Aligning with Key Account Teams to maximize efficient and profitable promotional activity.
  • Working with Sales Management on projects, as relates to the order.
  • Responsible for development of local PROMPT training and education for Independent Business Partners and Managers.
  • Supporting the sales operations to ensure order/volume for Key Initiatives, including Product Launches.
  • Communicating with Region's Sales Staff.
  • Identifying and communicating service voids/ working with the team to manage service patterns within the market area
  • Training of all newly hired associates in the use of PROMPT systems.
  • Be able to perform all the above duties with little or no supervision.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and/or related business experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years prior experience in sales management and operations
  • Prior work with a sales and/or marketing department a plus
  • Working knowledge of Margin Minder, PROMPT and AS400 systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
