The Specialist Recruitment drives the identification and hiring of the highest quality candidates for the Business Unit. To contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing program that supports the Company’s goals.  This position reports to the Business Unit’s Centers of Implementation.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates proactive, creative sourcing and networking strategies to identify top candidates for open positions in the Business Unit

  • Strives to align with the organization’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy

  • Operates with a structured recruitment program to fulfill business needs and to ensure that vacancies are filled in priority order

  • Maintains timely status updates for all positions and communicates updates to hiring managers and HR Team

  • Ensures that the most effective method of hiring is used and that this reflects the business environment.

  • Manages all local relationships with agencies.

  • Drafts recruitment advertisements and materials for LinkedIn and other social media, ensuring that any general Company information is consistent with Company brand

  • Works closely with the HR Manager and Hiring Manager to prepare an adequate offer package in line with budget and benchmark

  • Ensures a seamless process between offer and on-boarding with HR to include all post-offer preparation and screening

  • Delivers, tracks and reviews hiring statistics, creates reports, and processes analyses in order to understand trends and hiring results

  • Conducts regular follow-up with Hiring Managers and HR Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

  • Gathers feedback from the HR Manager from the exit interviews to build in improvements to the hiring process if applicable

  • Supports the campus recruitment process including assisting in the selection of schools, registration for events, planning, job fairs, scheduling and executing events

  • Participation in ENACTUS and other campus events

  • Complies with all relevant US Labor Laws, such as OFCCP audits and strives to meet compliance goals

  • Guides and supports contingent recruiters in times of peak needs

  • Ability to travel occasionally to support business need

  • Participates in special projects as required

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field


Ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-7 years’ progressive recruiting experience

  • Demonstrated experience effectively and proactively using social media recruiting

  • Demonstrated passive recruiting skills, i.e. prospect identification, cold calling, referral generation, competitive intelligence gathering

  • Experience with behavioral based interviewing and assessment techniques

  • Ability to juggle multiple requisitions at one time and effectively manage work assignments and priorities

  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting work

  • Must be proactive, flexible and adaptable and be able to anticipate and plan for problems

  • Demonstrate well-developed verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with Hiring Managers

  • Escalates issues ahead of time to ensure that any problems are resolved and tactics can be changed if necessary

  • Ability to travel occasionally to support business need
