The Senior Associate of Customer Planning is responsible for assisting trade planning, financial and quantitative analysis and oversight for various programs within the given customer(s).  This position is also responsible for customer shopping programs, promotional pricing and strategy.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Customer and Sales teams on promotional pricing execution.
  • Process pricing for Customers in Bimbo Bakeries USA systems.
  • Monitor promotional pricing strategy for Customers.
  • Maintain promotional calendar for the Business Unit.
  • Coordinate Central Pricing Project roll out.
  • Troubleshoot systems issues for the Business Unit.
  • Maintain Market Level pricing in the Central Database.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted. 

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 Years work experience in CPG industry with concentration in Business Development, Business Strategy, Sales Planning, Finance or Trade Promotion Management and Analytics.  

  • Strong oral and written communications, interpersonal relations and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent and conflicting priorities and deadlines.

  • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Power Pivot, Power BI, and Power Query preferred.

    • Knowledge with VBA & DAX coding a plus.

Specialized Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of IRI data and the ability to analyze data.
  • Strong interactive and communication skills.
  • Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.
  • Travel is required – 10%.
