Education and Work History:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in trade planning, trade management, sales management, customer management and data analytics in CPG industry preferably on the Walmart and Sam’s business
MBA a plus - Understanding of sales trends, forecasts, and impact of analytical data on company planning
- Established ability to initiate, analyze, and offer strategic direction utilizing syndicated data
P&L Management experience - Experience leading a team under pressure and in fast paced environment
- Strong interactive skills with the ability to communicate strategic and analytical material with all levels of management
- Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required, as well as proficiency with trade planning management and trade optimization tools preferred
- Demonstrate passion to achieve results and work well with others in cross functional teams against team oriented goals
- Maintain the confidentiality of any personal or company information encountered
- Travel is required – 25%
