Position Summary:
The Learning Delivery Specialist is responsible for the coordination and virtual delivery of key trainings for North America - Bimbo Canada and Bimbo Bakeries USA. This position reports into the Senior Manager of Leadership & Organization Development, within the North America Talent Team. The scope of responsibilities includes designing and delivering virtual training, managing content, partnering with subject matter experts across the organization and executing facilitation and delivery processes for live, virtually facilitated offerings. This role will also be responsible for learning data and analytics as it pertains to course evaluations, learning trends, and engagement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Virtual facilitation and production of training including, but not limited to, leadership, onboarding, diversity, recruiting, sales, safety, and management/operations content
• Engage virtual audiences in multiple platforms (i.e. Zoom, Teams)
• Produce sessions by ensuring technology readiness, monitor discussions and participation, keep facilitators on time in accordance with course agenda, and support polls, annotation, and break-out rooms
• Contribute to design and development of virtual courses based on research of relevant adult learning trends
• Write scripts and edit content for clarity, readability, and effectiveness
• Support knowledge management strategy to keep information relevant and up to date, including cyclical SME and quality reviews.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Build and maintain effective relationships with all course owners and area subject matter experts
• Follow GB and Bimbo Bakeries design and branding guidelines to create and maintain engaging, high-quality learning materials and compelling learning content that enhance the retention of learning
• Partner with Learning Management System Specialist to ensure all courses are posted, maintained, and completed in learning system
• Manage virtual course schedules and resources to support sessions
• Manage course communications plan and distribute all course communications and materials to participants and supporting facilitators, including pre and post work
• Manage course attendance and completion in LMS

Education and Work History:
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in learning & delivery, which includes experience designing and delivering high impact learning solutions.
