The Senior Manager of RGM & Analytics will lead the implementation and manage a multi-year transformation roadmap to prepare BBU with the right capabilities including technology, toolkits, processes and RGM analytics to drive topline and bottom line growth.  The right candidate will manage and track overall trade spend, develop and communicate trade analytics, and ROI by brand/category/Business Unit and support in the creation of Business Unit planning forecasts (AOP and Trimester).  Translate and uncover trade insights into actionable recommendations to BBU Business Unit Sales teams, customer teams and brand teams.  Manage cross-functional partners to provide strategic actionable insights based on data analysis and insights using both Trade Promotion Management and Trade Promotion Optimization tools.  The right candidate will lead the commercialization and adoption of the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) tools within BBU.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Build organizational RGM capabilities and embed processes into the business planning cycle

  • Utilize TPM solutions to ensure strategies support the delivery of the financial goals and become embedded in the approach and adoption of technology and processes within the Business Units and Customer Teams

  • Utilizing TPO models and IRI resources, organizes and conducts basic post promotion event analysis (frequency, rankings, competitive analysis)

  • Develop and deploy insights and analytics to support all stakeholders - BU Sales, Customer Teams, Brand Marketing & Innovation, RGM

  • Partner with corporate functional teams to drive current and future pipeline of technology

  • Drive advanced and actionable toolkits that provide single source of truth and support end-to-end RGM analytics and insights

  • Drive and manage the consistency of RGM concepts, terminology and methodologies across each business unit

  • Support BU planning and execution including AOP and Trimester Forecast

  • Team performance management and career/talent development - Will manage a team of three.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 4-6 years with CPG company in Revenue Management, Business Development, Business Strategy, Category Management or Trade Analytic roles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

  • Knowledge in Agile Process, Database Structures, and Project Management preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical skills and conceptual thinking abilities.

  • Strong listening and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

  • Ability to lead through influence and indirect authority.

  • Working knowledge of IRI/Syndicated Data and Existing BBU Systems.

  • ~40-60% travel.
